Brandon J. Anderson, MD is a fellowship trained breast surgical oncologist. He completed his fellowship training at City of Hope National Medical Center learning the nuances of treating both benign and malignant breast disease. Dr. Anderson earned his Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology for Stanford University and later went on to complete his Doctor of Medicine degree at Howard University College of Medicine. He is board certified in General Surgery and completed his residency at Anne Arundel Medical Center.
Specialized training in breast surgery techniques allows Dr. Anderson to offer his patient’s breast conserving and oncoplastic approaches to surgical management. Furthermore, he is a strong supporter of multidisciplinary and individualized care. His interests include community outreach and management of the axilla.
He is an active member of The American College of Surgeons, The Society of Surgical Oncology, and The American Society of Breast Surgeons.
